Cadence vs DialMaster

Compared: 15 September 2026

DialMaster is one of the more actively developed tools in this space: they publish comparison pages of their own (including one against Calley) and ship dedicated "solutions" for sales teams, real estate agents and small businesses. It's a fair, current competitor to size up against, and the honest framing is different from the Calley comparison: this isn't really "dialer vs dialer," it's call tracker vs mobile CRM.

Both dial through your own SIM, so neither charges you per minute or hides your caller ID behind a virtual number. Where they diverge is what each product is actually trying to be.

  Cadence DialMaster
What it's trying to be An on-device call tracker for one person's own lead list A mobile CRM with a SIM dialer built in: lead capture from ad platforms, pipelines, and automation
How it dials Native SIM dialing, no VoIP or per-minute charge Native SIM dialing, no VoIP or per-minute charge
Importing a list Paste a Name + Number list straight from Google Sheets, or add contacts manually Manual import, or automatic lead capture from connected ad platforms (Meta/Google Ads)
Where your contacts & call data live On your device only, never uploaded, documented in our privacy policy A CRM by definition needs somewhere to store leads and pipeline stages centrally (worth confirming their current data-handling directly if that matters to you)
Automation Deliberately none: no webhooks, no AI script generation. It's a tool for making the calls, not running a funnel AI call-script generation and webhook integrations, aimed at teams wiring up a fuller sales pipeline
Logging an outcome Fixed outcome set (Solid Customer, Interested, Call Back, No Answer, Voicemail, Not Interested, Wrong Number, Do Not Call) plus custom tags and notes CRM-style lead stages and notes, framed around a pipeline rather than a single call
Analytics Calls, talk time, connect rate, conversion, and a best-time-to-call insight built from your own history Pipeline and lead-stage reporting, in line with its CRM positioning
Free tier 7-day free trial on any plan, no card required to start Free plan with uncapped SIM calls and 50 contact imports to start, topped up by a rewarded ad, no card required
Paid pricing ₹499/month (Pro, 250 calls/day) or ₹799/month (Unlimited); see current pricing Check dialmaster.in for current tiers
Distribution Direct signed APK download, and we explain exactly why, and how to verify it's genuine Google Play Store
ⓘ Being fair to DialMaster: if you're hiring a team and need lead capture from ad spend flowing straight into a shared pipeline, that's a real, legitimate use case Cadence isn't built for at all: we're not a team CRM, and we don't want to pretend to be a worse version of one. DialMaster's free-tier terms (uncapped SIM calls, ad-supported) are also genuinely generous for what they are.

The actual question to ask yourself

If the honest answer to "do I need a shared pipeline, lead-source automation, and a team dashboard" is yes, a CRM-shaped tool like DialMaster is the right category, full stop. No dialer bolted onto a call tracker will replace that. But if you're one person working your own list, a CRM's team features are overhead you never touch, and every one of those features implies your contact data is living somewhere other than your own phone.

Cadence is built for the second case specifically: nothing to configure, nothing to sync, nothing leaves the device. That's a deliberate trade: you give up team features you may never need, in exchange for a tool that does the one job (get through today's list, log what happened, never lose a callback) without asking anything of you first.
